The Dr was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, showed empathy and compassion. Discussed next steps to solve my health concern .

Dr. Pargas was really great - courteous, professional, knowledgable, and perhaps best of all, she was relatable. I liked her so much that I have already recommended her to 3 other women with complex gynecological issues who have been treating with health care provider groups other than USF. 2 have already booked appointments to date.

I felt as though i was not being heard by the provider, that she gave false promises and had this "sorry about you" attitude that made me feel pitied. I felt like crying after and that she had no intention of helping me with my issue after i left. What I expected was "hey, i don't have all the answers, but let figure this out together. Lets start by xyz." Especially from an academic based facility. Is this what healthcare has come to? Being dismissed when you are voicing concerns? Very saddening.
