They work as a team & included me in the decision process. They gave explanations at my level of understanding & discussed options of treatments before prescribing medications. They were also consistently friendly & made me feel comfortable in a vulnerable full body examination process.

I saw a resident and the attending. Both listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, even concerning my treatment plan going forward.

The NP never said who she was. Dr did. Neither explain what or why they were doing. I had to ask. I deserve better. Dr was calm and respectful. I apologize that but NP and nurse assistant need to tone down

The ONLY reason I stay with USF doctors is the care and concern they show for their patients. Non-visit communication is a huge problem that needs to be addressed immediately.

I felt like my desires and frustations and previous experiences weren't considered and getting referred to allergy for "cotreating purposes" but without the ability to figure out what was wrong was unnecessary. Pushed medicine i was already on but didn't want to be on or pay for was another unheard desire. I don't want to be another patient treating symptoms instead of identifying the cause. There is more we can be doing to help me, but my confidence in this practice was shaken when both doctors looked at each other with blank expressions and didn't know how to move forward.
