I felt like my desires and frustations and previous experiences weren't considered and getting referred to allergy for "cotreating purposes" but without the ability to figure out what was wrong was unnecessary. Pushed medicine i was already on but didn't want to be on or pay for was another unheard desire. I don't want to be another patient treating symptoms instead of identifying the cause. There is more we can be doing to help me, but my confidence in this practice was shaken when both doctors looked at each other with blank expressions and didn't know how to move forward.

The doctor could have given better instructions on what to expect with freezing and how to care for them.

I found Dr. Lin to be not thorough in her examination. I don't know if she was just relying on the resident's report but I was there for a full skin exam and she did not provide that.

Dr seemed very rushed. Scanned my body so quickly she missed looking at body parts. Was in and out very quickly. Visit extremely rushed and I don't feel like I received a thorough check up.

The doctor spent more time with me during this visit and we discussed treatment options. However, some questions were answered in a non-related manner.

I was overwhelmed by some of the visit. I didn't get a chance to give all of the BP symptoms I have. I'll do better next time inserting comments regarding my case.

I liked Dr. Lin very much, she listened to all of my concerns patiently and examined my scalp closely. She prescribed medication for me, I will follow-up in 3 mos. I will come back at the end of this month for facial treatments. Very satisfied.

I saw Dr Linn and she was fine and explained. I had no questions. I then laid on my side on table and waited. I understand another Dr did the excision but I never even saw that drs face. I am handicapped and the table was small and my butt.

I had to fight for the resident and doctor to stay in the room for longer than 5 minutes and felt completely unheard. They prescribed medication and told me to get OTC medication and I had to ask explicitly what it was all for and what my diagnoses were. No medication schedule was discussed or potential side effects.

Lyndsey Evans, NP is excellent and should be commended for her caring nature, knowledge, expertise and talented clinical care. She went out of her way to assist me with issues not related to my visit which I greatly appreciated! She represents USF Medicine and the Movement Disorder Section of the Department of Neurology in a superlative manner!

Dr. Lin is the best. There is nothing that I can think of to better anything she says or does. She is the best.! I hope I have her as a Provider throughout my visits to USF.

Dr. Lin really listens to me!

I felt very rushed by the provider. She didn't take the time to discuss the length of the various treatment options nor the pros & cons of each treatment. I was briefly told where my trouble areas were, but she didn't physically show me on my body, so it's hard to know where I'm supposed to apply medication. I left with a lot of questions and feel like more steps could have been taken during my visit. I also feel like the provider only looked at the high level details of my chart and not the detailed notes or pictures.

I really have no negative comment.Everything went quite well
