I believe she is a qualified and knowledgeable medical provider, and I feel confident that she is making appropriate medical decisions regarding my care. Her bedside manner was noticeably better during my most recent visit than it had been previously, which I appreciated.That said, the interactions still feel somewhat transactional. I don't always feel a strong sense of personal engagement, warmth, or curiosity about my experience as a patient. At times, it can feel as though she is completing the necessary clinical tasks rather than developing a collaborative relationship with me. I understand that providers are busy and face significant demands, but a little more connection, encouragement, and individualized conversation would make the experience feel more supportive.Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of her medical care and have seen improvement in how she communicates. I hope that improvement continues, particularly in creating a more engaged and patient-centered experience.

Dr Bindra is excellent in her field. As my endocrinologist, she delves a bit deeper into possible causes of symptoms I present, even when a bit outside of her primary area of expertise, all for the benefit of her patients (low blood pressure and sundowning symptoms not previously diagnosed). Dr Bindra takes makes the extra effort to follow and prescribe reasonable and beneficial courses of action for conditions within her field (hypercalcemia, hypothyroidism, Osteoporosis). I'm very fortunate to have a caring, respectful, and expert provider such as Dr Bindra as her endocrinologist. Dr Bindra and her staff are also very responsive.
