Doc Bennett had told me how special Ms. Ozgen is. Well, I certainly agree. She evaluated each of my concerns in turn. Definitely put me at ease. Smart cookie, she is.

The provider was very pleasant and showed proper concern for my treatment and preferences. I would definitely suggest this provider to anyone needing to be seen by a cardiology team :)

This Aylin Ozgen, ARNP Is by far one of the best practitioners I have seen. She was kind and caring, but also clinically great. She took the time to listen, but offered options for the symptoms that I was experienced. She made a plan of care that included options that would protect my health, that we both agreed upon.

Aylin Ozgen was excellent! She was clear, addressed every issue, wrote down the recommendations, sent in a prescription and took time to be sure that I understood. I would definitely love to see her again.

I shared a concern about recently getting hives along with the increased resting heart rate. My hives concern was largely brushed off. I think every concern or symptom should be noted since the causes of my heart issues and hives are unknown.

With just one discussion and one prescription, this Dr. was able to get my blood pressure under control that two different PCP's and 4 different medications that I've been taking for 6 or more years hasn't been able to do and I'm incredibly grateful.

USF seems to take great measures to ensure they have medical with empathy and compassion. She displayed both. And she listened with sincere concern.
