Bindu Joe is a certified advanced registered nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of professional experience in the medical field. Bindu focuses on providing world-class care and maintaining direct and open communication with her patients. She has worked in the Tampa Bay area since 2004, including more than 12 years at Tampa General Hospital as a registered nurse, after beginning her medical career in New York and New Jersey.

Nursing is a family tradition for Bindu, who pursued a career in the profession after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from KMCH College of Nursing in her home country of India. Bindu went on to complete the Master of Science: Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice: Family Health Nursing programs at the University of South Florida College of Nursing.

Bindu has professional memberships with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the Nurse Practitioner Association of Florida.

Bindu Joe was very short, showed no care to listen, rushed. She did provide what I came for but definitely rushed through everything making it clear she was leaving the office soon, only a month left of employment there, so it really felt like she didn't care what I had to say. Very glad she's not my continued care provider because I would be switching offices

Nurse Nahomi is truly phenomenal. From the moment she walks into the room, she makes you feel like familywelcoming, warm, and genuinely invested in your well-being. She is incredibly easy to talk to and creates a safe, comfortable environment where you never feel rushed or unheard. Nahomi consistently shows how much she cares about her patients' health. She listens attentively, explains things clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything about your care. She also works seamlessly with the doctor, which makes every visit smooth and reassuring. Nurses like Nahomi are rare. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication make a real difference. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional care she provides.

Bindu was great. Also personal and knowledgeable. Asked me three different times - in different ways - if I had any questions. I'm sure she had other patients waiting but she made sure I felt personally cared for and that she met my needs. She also encouraged me to message her and gave me an expectation for when I could get a reply. And assured me that the other medical professionals at the office would be there to help me - if needed - while she was out of the office. Going to a new doctor's office can make me a bit nervous - probably true for many people - Bindu made it feel like I've been her patient for years (and it was clear that she reviewed my medical history). Many thanks to her!

I love Dr. Bindu. She listens to my problems and orders all of the bloodwork needed to make sure my body is in tip-top shape. She makes proper referrals to other doctors that finally helped me get my pelvic organ prolapse diagnosis after years of being ignored
