Chadwick Van Thomas, M.D.

Dr. Chadwick Thomas is a general surgeon who specializes in breast surgery, endoscopy, colonoscopy, gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, colon surgery, thyroid surgery, skin cancer, minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery, and wound care. Originally from Fairfax, SC, in rural Allendale County, he attended Furman University in Greenville, SC, where he majored in Chemistry, and then medical school at the Medical University of SC in Charleston. He completed his residency training in general surgery at the Medical College of Ohio, in Toledo. He is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.Dr. Thomas enjoys taking care of his patients in a small rural hospital where he can give the personal attention and care his patients have come to appreciate.
