I was impressed that Dr. Nickel was a good listener. My case is somewhat complicated and he took it step by step with me explaining each part. I have a granddaughter getting married on November 1st and I was concerned that I would have to miss the wedding. Dr. Nickel said I would be able to go as he discussed my case with his colleagues. He also mentioned that my two doctors followed the correct procedures and tests for him to proceed and I thought that was generous and classy.I was able to leave his office with a smile even though I will probably be facing surgery.
