Dana was very thorough and she answered every question we had. She also took the time to fully explain details, options, and why we are doing things. Also good on next steps. She was one of the best providers I have ever been to.

Like I said, previously, I can't sing Dana Bassoumi's praises enough. She was amazing. I truly hope that this PA will stay. She shows empathy, a vast knowledge for what she is doing and truly seems to care.
