Dana Mohamad Bassoumi, PA

Dana Bassoumi is one of the best care providers. Very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and explained everything in a very simple and straightforward manner. She's amazing and a great team member for USF/TGH.

I followed Dana to TGH from the USF location (which I was still driving from Land O Lakes to do) because she is so thorough, listens, KNOWS HOW TO BE ON TIME and genuinely cares about my concerns. You can tell she looks over things before coming in to the room and goes over them with you to make sure you understand and feel at ease.

She made me feel as though I was her most important patient. I am so glad to be her patient.

Dana is an excellent doctor. First time to meet her in person. Have only had telehealth appts prior.

She simplifies everything so it is easy to understand and identify the priorities. Also very good at identifying which doctors cover which areas and how it all comes together. She is a great team member for TGH and USF. I hope to work with her as long as I need to have continued support in endocrinology. On a scale of 1 to 10.......I give Dana a 20!

Dana was awesome and described what to expect. Only issue was that she didn't keep my brain MRI CD for Neurologist and I ended up having to spend $15 to mail it the next day.

She was unaware of prior medications she had it had not prescribed to my son. She was accusatory in asking her medicating questions instead of check behind herself to verify prescriptions she had given. She was unapologetic when it was brought to her attention. Your USF staff member attending physician was condescending and unprofessional she was on her cellular device while in my son's room, the fellow MD was ok.
