The doctor was very kind, I was very happy with her level of care!

I appreciate Dr Encalada listening to my concerns about my test results, but she tried to prescribe me not one but two medications that were counterindicated (one of which I knew at the time, the other I discovered during my research after the fact). She also walked out while we were still discussing concerns to grab my lab orders and then just walked away and that was the end of the appointment which was a little jarring. Most of the time I just feel like I'm inconveniencing her by being there

She appeared to be very unconcerned concerned about pain causing seizures and the growth of the cyst.

Dr. Soto is a very kind and considerate provider, she listened to my concerns and explained all alternatives! I am super happy with the care and attention I received!

I was hopeful going to this doctor but I felt dismissed about all of my concerns and brought up a lot of trauma I have had with other doctors I have seen. Left with no relief of pain and bathroom issues I'm having just automatic surgery but I have to wait 5 months for an availability and left to suffer until then.

They are very good

I referred one of my work besties to her because, shes the best doctor I've ever had. I've never felt so seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

Dr. Encalada Soto spent a lot of time with me explaining treatment options and really asking a lot of questions to ensure understanding. She was kind and patient. A truly wonderful experience to feel she really was present with me, not rushing at all.
