Elspeth Bittle, M.D., MSc

Dr. Elspeth "Ellie" Bittle is an assistant professor of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at MUSC; currently board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Infectious Diseases. She completed residency with Texas Tech University followed by fellowship at the combined St. Jude Children's Research Hospital \& University of Tennessee Health Science Center program in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Bittle takes care of children with both acute and chronic infections. She has a special interest in caring for children, adolescents, and young adults who are living with HIV. As well as infection prevention and management for children with sickle cell disease.
