Dr Mikhail is a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon. He specializes in advanced laparoscopy and complex pelvic surgery, with a special interest in complex endometriosis. Dr. Mikhail pioneered the multidisciplinary treatment approach for complex deep infiltrating endometriosis partnering with colorectal surgery, reconstructive urology and thoracic surgery team members.

His clinical/research interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and advanced endometriosis.

After months of waiting for this appointment and believing all information was received, I got to the appointment and the doctor did not have relevant imaging. I thought I would leave the appointment with a date for surgery and relief but was told to do more imaging and blood work. The doctor was very caring and understanding but I don't know why his office was not prepared or communicate this to me. After months of waiting to even see him in person I feel like I'm at square one.

Dr. Mikhail is a person of few words, but he's an incredible medical professional. He has truly changed my life for the better by removing my fibroid and I'm forever grateful. The only (and very minor) improvement suggestion I have is that it would be helpful to offer written instructions for what the patient can and can't do after their two-week surgery follow-up. My brain often fails me in remembering the correct questions to ask of the doctor, so it would be helpful if I was given information to read after my appointment.

For a patient that has visited many doctors and has been gaslighted mamy times i was extremely thankful formthe expirience with the doctor. He was kind, professional, attentive and actually listening what the patient have to say. He looked committed to find a solution to wht is hurting and to help on a daily chronic condition. He is extremely calm and the way that he speaks gave me confidence not only tomgo under surgery with hom but to trust my health and wellbeing on his hands. Again i have had many bad experiences with doctors and this was NOT one of them. I also get extremely anxious before doctors appt due to a years of miss diagnosing and soxtors not believing that my pain was real. Is amazing tomfind a doctor that understands the illness and how random it shows sometimes

My experience was very good. Dr Mikhail was very honest about what i should expect for my upcoming procedure , i apprecited how he didn't sugar coat anything, he presented the facts and helped me understand what we are up against . I like when my doctors are upfront with me and he did just that.

Initially, I was a little disappointed that Mr. Mikhail was not super friendly. He was very matter of fact. But I later realized that friendliness is not the most important thing. Dr. Mikhail's skill and expertise are more important to me. I think I had hoped that he'd be a little friendlier because it was my first appointment with him. It was my first ever surgery consultation, and I was very nervous. I was scared. But I womaned up and now I feel good about my upcoming surgery with Dr. Mikhail.

He was thorough but short tempered. Seemed annoyed when I asked too many questions. Seemed like he wanted to tell me the answer and then go with no questions asked.

Dr. MIKHAIL is a good doctor but he is always in a hurryAnd wants to get through the appointment quickly. I think the total time we talked was 4.5 minutes

Dr. Mikhail has excellent bedside manners. My situation was complex and he walked me through all treatment options and the risk. I did not feel rushed. This made me feel 100% confident in the care he provided. He is a doctor who knows how to care for your physical and emotional needs. Many thanks to him!!!

Dr. Mikhail was thorough in trying to understand my specific case. Spoke to me about various options and explained his thoughts. I would recommend him for initial evaluation though he has not done my procedure yet so I cannot speak to that
