Erin received her first undergraduate degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Purdue University, her second undergraduate degree in Nursing from Indiana University, and her master's degree in Nursing from Purdue University.
Erin is licensed in the state of Florida as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and dual certified by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and American Academy Nurse Practitioners. She is currently an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners (FLANP), Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council (TPAPNC), and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
With nearly 20 years of nursing experience in the emergency department and pediatric PACU settings, her commitment, passion, and interest for patients of all ages has led her to fully support the dynamic population of Family Medicine.
Erin is also a happily married wife and busy mother of four children, two girls and twin boys. Her family can always be found on a baseball and/or soccer field and if not traveling for the children's activities, they love to explore Tampa Bay!

Erin Reynolds is intelligent she has the ability and brain power to think in depth. She makes sure that I understand my health condition. She is not demeaning she truly listens and answers and interacts with me. She provides comfort and a solution as well as a course of action, answers all questions and makes sure that I understand and am comfortable with my condition and understanding of it. Erin Reynolds should be my regular doctor.
