Farda Qureshi, MD

Farda Qureshi, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician. Working alongside families, she cares for children from infancy through young adulthood. She offers routine well-child visits, preventive care and treatment for common childhood illnesses.Outside of work, Dr. Qureshi enjoys cooking, knitting and embroidery.

She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

In 2025, Dr. Qureshi received recognition from Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) for excellence in the Provider Performance Program (PPP). This award highlights her dedication to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare in the community.

Dr. Qureshi's friendly, welcoming approach helps children feel comfortable during their visits. She treats patients with the same compassion and care she would want for her own family.
