The staff and nurses were good but doctors showed no care what so ever didn't even examine me gave me z pack and sent me on the way didn't check my ears throat chest nothing. she didn't even examine me to see if it was virus or bacterial I will never return this office ever again. I will wait I guess.

Recommend all the time for the extent and thorough care with patience and understanding. Thank you!

I was seeing by my doctor at 4 pm with a really bad pain in the throat as I had strep throat and she didn't send me medicine till 9:30 pm and the following morning cvs calls me for my medicine . This is not the first time she forgets things . Last time I had a UTI and she never send it to the lad . Very poor service

Speaking specifically of the doctor, this appointment had two critical purposes: securing clearance for my upcoming surgery and addressing the fact that my hand has been numb for over a month. The far more troubling issue, was the doctor's complete lack of interest in the numbness in my hand. I had previously spoken to a nurse practitioner via telemedicine who took the issue seriously, recommended I speak with my primary care physician, and proactively issued a referral to sports medicine, suggesting treatment could begin after my upcoming hip surgery. When I brought this up to the doctor, she offered no examination, had absolutely nothing to say, and didn't give the issue even one minute of her time. After she literally shrugged off the problem, I had to advocate for myself and ask what the downside would be to at least seeing sports medicine now, even if actual treatment had to be deferred until after my surgery. She basically just said, "OK." I was shocked by her total lack of care, curiosity, or basic professional interest. Given this experience, I am no longer surprised that I never heard back about my EKG results; it is entirely clear that this doctor has more important things to concern herself with than her patients' well-being.

Dr Hanna Ro Dowell swiftly examined me. Normally a good doctor would use the stethoscope to listen carefully the chest and the back. With her stethoscope she touched my chest briefly, and instead of asking me to take a deep breath, she did the same thing, briefly touched my back with her stethoscope. After the "exam" she did not give a chance to ask questions. Very disappointing.

The doctor was very thorough and efficient.

This was probably one if the lowest quality care i have ever received the foctor came in and just looked over records fidnt address my concerns of my on going symptoms as the patient. I express my concerns with her and it felt very dismissed. Didn't talk to me about it just told me to go see a specialist without any communication between the teo of us. As a reault i enede up in the ER the following day and was admitted. Her lack of conpassion and care of the patient was just horrible. Luckily shes not my primary but I will never want to be seen by her.

We did not discuss my issues in great depth as referrals were made to specialists regarding them and I had a physical performed while there no results for obvious reasons. This was also my first visit to the clinic and I feel that I have confidence in Dr. Ro Dowell.

She was very accommodating to my needs regarding the doctor's notes. She helped me adjust it a couple of times when I needed it revised. She did it very timely when it was an urgent need of mine.

The provider barely looked at us, went right to the computer, did not attempt to get to know the patient or ask questions. The patient/family questions/concerns were resolved by immediately submitting referrals instead of asking questions or providing feedback or recommendations. This showed a lack of empathy and incompetence that questions couldn't be answered or addressed without being farmed out to another doctor. As a RN, I was very disappointed in the lack of patient-centered care and bedside manner presented toa new patient.

Dr was quick interrupted when I tried to explain things . Didn't answer my question i pretty much just asked if i should do soenthing n she agreed.

Doctor talks to soft. Stands behind computer screen. Not personal at all no conversation. Stated I need a prescription refilled as she was leaving the room she said don't worry about that I will get It later. She never returned. I the assistant she said she would take of it and also gave me a script for blood test and return In 4 weeks. Upon check out the desk they said I was all set to go. I asked about return appointment for blood results they said the doctor did not write that In the report. Would you like a appointment. Nurse assistant was great. Thumbs down for the doctor!! Will have to return for test results, Will have to get a second opinion can't say I have much trust in her

Dr Ro Dowell spent about 5 minutes with me; read through my blood test, briefly listened to my breathing and was done.

Dr Hanna Ro Dowell didn't listen to my concerns and just submitted referrals. This is not the first time and it makes me believe she's not able to make informed decisions due to lack of experience or competence, or both. The appointment felt rushed even though she was 40 min late

I waited 60 mins for the dr, the visit lasted 5 mins. She didn't examine my throat, eyes, nose or ears. She went simply with the diagnosis of the telehealth physician and didn't provide any of her own recommendation. She requested xray of chest but not sure why.

Dr. Ro Dowell is truly excellent in every aspect. I am incredibly satisfied and appreciative of her quality of care.
