She has been uncaring, rude, and unprofessional since my first visit. The wait list has been too long at other clinics so that is why I have not left this practice. Dr Stephens should seriously reconsider her bedside manner and approach to practicing medicine as a whole.

As always, Dr. Stephens was wonderful: She asked questions to get a complete picture of the current status of my condition, offered options to improve my condition, discussed the pros and cons of each, and helped me come to a path forward to alleviate my symptoms.

Dr Stephens is excellent. She is so smart and has helped me out tremendously. The only concern i have is that new progress notes are intertwined with the old ones- most Drs do this. Other Drs reading the notes may not be able to see what issues are new.

Dr. Hera Stephens made me feel very comfortable by mixing her medical authority with a personal/human touch. That attitude was very important for me to digest the 13 months of waiting after a very bad fall.
