Jennifer is very good with patients when they are feeling bad. She made the Xtra effort to get me to the right next place to continue my care

Jennifer was extremely helpful, supportive, and informative.

I do not recommend this provider. During our visit, no actual discussion about the treatment took place. The only thing we mentioned was that we needed a hand specialist, as the finger was injured. Since the provider was not qualified in this area, she was unable to answer our questions and simply told us that only a hand surgeon could provide answers. However, she did not refer us to a hand surgeon as needed. Instead, we received a referral to a general orthopedic surgeon, who later confirmed that this was not his specialization. Because of this, we lost valuable time and had to go through unnecessary appointments. Overall, the visit was unhelpful and disappointing.
