Jessica reached out on Saturday to review results as she knew I would be out of town starting on Sunday and no access to TGH pharmacy for any medications... We are under the self insurance plan.

The nurse in my visit was great, as was the PA student. But the student and PA should be advised that patients can hear them discuss their case while in the exam room, and that their opinions of diagnoses being "technical" are unwelcome.

Provider said they would follow up after speaking with the attending and never did that. I was left with no communication and she did not treat the problem. Very disappointed with USF health on this visit.
