Little bit of language barrier between us. Wasn't rude but wasn't over friendly either.

DNP J CHEN is very courteous , thorough, caring and is a super asset to the USF medical staff. Very pleasant.

Jingtao Chen, APRN Is one of the most thorough and attentive, and compassionate providers that i have treating me in and out of USF. He not only treats me like a patient but he makes a point to conect with me as a person. He even asks me to send a message to let him know how things are going in between appointments, and always confirms my messages. Students there could learn a lot from him. I highly recommend him and his support team to people i know in the area. Thank you for having such a valuable person available for my healthcare needs.

Dr. Chen really listened and we're trying a new treatment now.....but he really listened and understood the issue for which I am grateful.

He was very nice and knowledgeable

The doctor was not familiar with my issues and could not make suggestions. He referred to my rectum several times as "down there" while pointing with his finger toward his backside. I did not find him helpful or professional. I was truly hoping for some help and answers to my issues.

Highly recommend this team. Thank you for all that ypu do every day. Keep up the great work.

Did not seem like he was listening to me or picking up on what I was saying. Had to repeat myself multiple times. The clinical notes were not accurate.

I felt there was a lack of interest on my case. I didn't have a negative or bad experience but I just felt that more questions should have been asked before even addressing the decision of a procedure needed to be done.
