Dr Lamartin is a diamond in the rough. She reminds me of the good Ole days when Dr's actually cared and were devoted to the care of their patients from beginning to end.

She is wonderful at listening and involving patients in their care decisions through a collaborative effort. Every step of the way, she has helped me to navigate the system to the best of her ability with assistance from the rest of the staff. I trust her advice and would highly recommend her to anybody seeking a new primary care provider. Unfortunately, I have to switch to another pcp for integrated care within another health system for personal reasons, which, of course, she understood and was encouraging throughout my care with her. Dr. Lamartin and her staff took the time and made the effort to be thorough and personable.

This visit I sent my entire symptoms list ahead of time. It was a whole new experience! A couple of people in my social media neighborhood group refer others to Dr LaMartin once in a while. I never understood the high praises (I never found her bad, just meh). This appointment time I guess we just meshed. She had all the info she needed in advance, I wasn't made to feel like I needed to withhold info due to feeling embarrassed and angry from being unheard. It was the best appointment I've had. We had interactive conversation regarding my health situation, she examined me, she gave me referrals without me needing to ask if maybe I should be checked for this or that. I hope this comes across as positive as I intend it to be. I had not been a Dr going person for most of my life, so I had limited experience. But this office visit was exactly as I imagine it should be. I'm so glad I didn't change providers.
