Best appointment I've had with a doctor in years- and I've been in the hospital five times since 7/8/24.

Doctor and her entire staff are amazing. I love this doctor's bedside manner with both myself and her staff and mostly her phenomenal knowledge and how she communicates that knowledge.

I admired how she reached out to other doctors for help. They all made the team work made the procedure a success.

Lori Hochberg and all her help were just wonderful!

I can't express adequately enough my praise of Dr. Hochberg (as well as Dr. Galon with her vital contributions). Her medical expertise, experience, and demeanor ("bedside manner") are essential hallmarks of a top-notch physician. I appreciate her professionalism underscored by an engaging personality (It is no wonder that she received "Health Patient Experience Awards."), both of which made me feel at ease, and In "good hands", confident of her ability. Regarding the diagnostic session, both she and Dr. Galon were very attentive to my comfort/stamina during the procedure. Discussions throughout were informative, accommodating my questions, as well as concerns, with subsequent options for me to consider so that the "back and forth" between doctor and patient provided me with full clarity and a sense of completeness that I was medically seeking. I would highly recommend both Dr. Hochberg and Dr. Galon -- I was very fortunate to have been referred to them by Moffit.

I always appreciate how much time USF doctors spend and how thorough they are during my visits. I would drive from hours away to come here but am fortunate to have this facility nearby. During this and other visits, things have been caught by doctors that have been missed or symptoms dismissed by other doctors.

Absolutely an amazing team I had and they were recommended by Dr. Hoffman of Moffitt who is also amazing from start to finish the exam and all the assistance. People in the room were just great.. I actually will drive back every year two hours to see the team Hockenberg, dr. Hockenberg is wonderful and in every way, just a joy

Dr Hochberg was unpleasant and showed zero empathy for my experience and disappointment. Reminded that there are other care providers which I plan to look into which is disappointing as I have been with USF as a recurring patient since 2019 and had plans to have 2 preventative surgeries with USF.
