Listened to my concerns, but did not discuss what the differential diagnoses could be. Started with initial steps, and then took longer than expected to follow up and then gave inaccurate information. When asked a follow-up question, the question was ignored

Lisa Moss was amazing and I would highly recommend her. She was so kind and is the first provider to make listening to my baby's heart beat special, giving me time and the chance to listen/feel it. She answered all my questions and helped me feel informed.

I had a lot of anxiety coming into the appointment and the provider made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns without making me feel judged. She was exactly who I needed to see for this appointment and was fantastic in providing me with information on next steps and doctors that she would recommend for further treatment.
