The doctor was very knowledgeable n took the time to check my past labs, medicines n procedures that I had in the past in the computer. He checked my heart n asked questions about family members that suffered from heart attacks n other things that have to do w the heart. I felt comfortable w his questions.

Dr. Lozier's attitude was 180 degrees from last visit. Then, he was clearly in a bad mood, was irritated when I asked questions (remember, no questions allowed in between visits either!) This time he was in a great mood, was clearly pleased with my 100% compliance with orders and results. Glad I gave him another chance, everyone has bad days, I guess.

The doctor who saw me was extremely attentive and carefully explained my condition, what we needed to do and when to follow up with him and his team. I felt in good hands with my medical condition.

No eye contact when speaking to me and seemed to want to rush though the appointment. he was reading from a screen and I felt like a stat not a patient.
