Nurse practitioner explained everything very well, I have a hard time understanding the medical procedures and words that some doctors use, but she was very just down to earth and told me straight out and I understood very well, which made me feel very comfortable

I appreciated Nadine's thorough briefing on my diagnosis and next steps. It is important to me to be well informed, so I can effectively partner with her in my care. So, I came to my visit with Nadine having already reviewed my test results through MyChart (a wonderful resource!), with my questions prepared in advance. She anticipated my questions, answering most before I could even ask them. She clearly, thoroughly and factually explained biopsy results, treatment, testing protocols, prognosis, etc. Explained the WHAT & WHY, in language I could readily understand and embrace. I am confident/assured that, with Nadine leading my care team, I am in very good hands. I already conveyed this feedback to Nadine, adding "Well Done." Please add your own Well Done to mine. She's deserves your praise, too. She's a keeper.

Understood my condition (surgery and recovery at Moffitt (where she worked previously)) and dovetailed the TGH care with tracking the previous care with my current status as a long-time TGMG patient and heart surgery patient. I can't say enough good about her. She is a model practicioner.

She did her homework and told me the "why's " behind my results. I learn something new every time I meet with her

She was very attentive to all my concern about my health. She took the time to listen to me without any rush. Just have to mention that I don't find any Nurse Practitioner or Dr's that have that kindness anymore.I am very happy that she is taking care of me and other people..
