Nallely Rubi Morales Mancillas, M.D.

Dr. Nallely Morales, M.D., is a Pediatric Ophthalmologist specializing in strabismus and children's visual health. Dr. Morales cares for pediatric patients with a wide range of ocular conditions, including strabismus, refractive errors, pediatric cataracts, and obstructed nasolacrimal ducts, using advanced medical and surgical techniques to provide optimal care.





She is highly trained, having completed two fellowships in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus-the first at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and the second at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Morales was awarded the Pan-American Latin American Scholarship/PAAO Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern/Children's Hospital in Dallas, a prestigious award given to only one doctor from Latin America.





Dr. Morales graduated with distinction from medical school at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Mexico and completed her ophthalmology residency at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her dedication to advancing pediatric ophthalmology is evident in her extensive research, which has been published in high-impact journals. She has also contributed as a speaker in meetings and has co-authored several book chapters.
