He went on to complete a Sleep Medicine fellowship at The George Washington University. Dr. Maru is board-certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine. He evaluates and manages a full range of sleep disorders, including sleep-disordered breathing (sleep apnea), insomnia, restless leg syndrome, REM sleep behavior disorder and other parasomnias, and narcolepsy and other hypersomnias (disorders of daytime sleepiness).
