The doctor gave the diagnosis and two options for treatment. I wish he had been more informative about the risks and benefits.

Dr. Hamrah seemed bored and uninterested. I came as a referral from my optometrist for an issue I didn't have much knowledge on. Dr. Hamrah didn't give a wholesome explanation of the condition. He did ask if I had any questions, but it was hard to have an engaging discussion with him because he seemed like he really didn't want to be there.

Dr Hamrah was very cordial and asked me about several other issues that were going on in my body. I was very impressed with the fact that he saw connections with the neuropathy in my feet and the issues with my eyes. I do prefer someone who is a little more touchy-feely, but I also came away with the feeling that he really knows his stuff and the fact that he looked beyond my eyes. That is the kind of doctor that I am looking for.

Dr Hamrah is an excellent doctor. But he was understandably tired by the time he got to me at 5 p.m. with several patients coming after me. I was also tired and not clearheaded enough to ask the questions I needed to ask.
