The doctor was very caring and took time to explain my condition in detail. He was prepared and familiar with my condition.

Staff actually listened to the patient's concerns and addressed them. The doctor didn't just "kick the can down the road" as my previous experiences. Now, we are making progress in treatment.

The PA asked a myriad of questions and was very concerned with charting than treating me, the Dr saw me for 1 minute and gave his opinion based on my cardiac cath and wa rushing me. His office notes do not accurately reflect what was discussed. He stated I needed a yearly echo and never indicated same. Very cold, uncaring and lacked compassion

All of my concerns were discussed thoroughly as were test results and the treatment plan.

The doctor always spends the time to ask if I have questions, and provides an explanation of the what and how
