Dr . Restrepo is been a blessing. So thankful I was referred to him back in 2024. Excellent visits always. Very supportive always.

I appreciate my doctor and staff, I think they are very intelligent, I just don't think they have the time for me nor do they care to make time for me. I never feel like my care is important nor a priority in their eyes. My visit with the doctor is always about 2-5 minutes long, things are rushed, and nothing is explained to me about what's going on or any updates with my health and why I'm feeling the way I am. I don't think I've ever been provided with the options, risks, benefits, etc. This Is exactly what I am wanting and needing though - someone who will take the time to actually talk through things with me and give me their opinion on what is actually going on with me and why I'm feeling poorly, etc. I'm feeling really bad and like I'm left in the dark right now. On my last visit I wasn't even examined, my lungs weren't listened to nor my heart and my swelling wasn't checked either. I also used to be followed by a provider for my asthma every six months and no one seems to care about that anymore. I'd like to know about what new medications are out there, new treatment options, what's changed, what hasn't, etc. I also always do a "six minute walk" and a PFT with my appointments and my results weren't even discussed with me nor shown to me. I really don't know what's going on and it's very upsetting.

The doctor was very caring and took time to explain my condition in detail. He was prepared and familiar with my condition.

Staff actually listened to the patient's concerns and addressed them. The doctor didn't just "kick the can down the road" as my previous experiences. Now, we are making progress in treatment.

The PA asked a myriad of questions and was very concerned with charting than treating me, the Dr saw me for 1 minute and gave his opinion based on my cardiac cath and wa rushing me. His office notes do not accurately reflect what was discussed. He stated I needed a yearly echo and never indicated same. Very cold, uncaring and lacked compassion

All of my concerns were discussed thoroughly as were test results and the treatment plan.

I have already referred someone from my pulmonary rehab class

The doctor always spends the time to ask if I have questions, and provides an explanation of the what and how
