The therapist was efficient and spot on, She was evaluating the patient , her assistant was not as experienced and it was apparent that her training had not covered how to correspond with a person who has hearing loss and clear instructions

After Riley assessed my situation, she gave my husband and I a lot of good information and a path forward. She really listened to our concerns. We left with a huge weight removed and we are very encouraged that this is very manageable. This is so much more than my previous neurologist.
