I had many questions regarding the providers suggestions. Dr H is a very patient and empathetic person. I left feeling that he was honest and left decisions up to me with his input always available.

He compared me to his mom and his sister saying he wouldn't recommend the surgery. I'm not his mom. I'm not his sister. They don't have my health concerns. They don't have my issues that I've been dealing with for a year. Now I came to him for one reason and he wants to worry about all these other issues he has no business worrying about that doesn't concern him. He needs to focus on why I was referred to him that's it.

Dr Hidalgo is the best doctor I've had in all my years. Of course he has all the skills needed for his job. But what sets him apart is how he looks right in your face and actually listens. Most doctors sit at their computer with their back to you just typing. He takes in all your concerns and actually addresses everything. He never marginalizes the patient. You would not believe how many doctors will tell a patient that their concerns are "just how it is". Dr Hidalgo gives realistic expectations but he always gives opinions and recommendations for each and every concern. Best ever!

Everything was very good, a first class treatment
