Samuel V. King, M.D.

Samuel Van King, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist based in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He specializes in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases, with expertise in cardiac imaging and non-invasive cardiac care.

A South Carolina native, Dr. King graduated *summa cum laude* from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa for academic excellence. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia and completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Richland Memorial Hospital.

Dr. King is an active member of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He also serves in leadership roles within his field, including oversight of cardiac imaging programs and cardiology services.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. King has contributed to published research on advancements in coronary angioplasty and cardiovascular care.
