Sonam Rama, PA-C

**Sonam Rama, PA** is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined the Ear, Nose \& Throat Department, Division of Head and Neck Oncology Surgery in April 2022. Sonam grew up in the small town of Monroe, Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. She then earned her Master's of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Charleston Southern University where she was elected to serve as the Diversity and Philanthropy Chair for the Student Leadership Association.





Sonam was first attracted to the ENT specialty when she shadowed an ENT PA during undergrad. She loved the relationships she was able to form with the patients and enjoyed being able to perform procedures. During her training at Charleston Southern, she rotated through multiple surgical specialties and felt the most fulfilled working with patients who have oncological needs.
