Dr. Sun Young Park, D.O. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Her passion in primary care is based on building a solid relationship with her patients and advocating them for their health. Dr. Park graduated from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. She completed her Family medicine residency training in East Carolina University Health in Greenville, North Carolina.
Dr. Park was born and raised in South Korea, and she moved to America during her college year. She values diversity, and different cultures and backgrounds. Dr. Park is fluent in English and Korean.
Dr. Park cares for patients with all ages (from kids and teens to older adults), manages acute and chronic medical conditions, and provides preventative medicine. She also offers minor outpatient procedures (pap smear, skin procedure, cryotherapy, joint injection, and Nexplanon insertion/removal, and etc.) and practices osteopathic manipulative medicine. Her special interests in Medicine are mental health, women's health, and obesity management.
Dr. Park volunteers to rescue dogs and to help find their homes when she is outside of work.
