Provider did not tell us what was happening and nurses just came in and started drawing our babies blood. Also nurses were very rough with my baby

Well educated provider. Could improve on bedside manners and interactions with children. Engagement felt pretty bland and forced. Hard a difficult time comforting my child through a tough situation (receiving immunizations). She also lacked organization/structure with what was included in the actual physical exam. My paperwork also does not reflect the immunization they provided on the day of the exam which was imperative to return to my son's daycare.

All she cared about was getting him on correct vaccine schedule for their practice, did not care why we are delayed, didn't listen, care nor complete paperwork for school epiPen - anaphylaxis or shot record. Very inconsiderate.
