Everything went better than what I thought.

I normally love my TGMG providers but this one missed the mark. She only noticed things on my chart 2x after I pointed them out and skipped one red flag item completely. Will not see her again and now need another visit to discuss my issues with another provider.

In addition, she enquired about other health problems I was experiencing in addition to lymphedema of my legs.PA Jacobs is a good listerer,compassionate, efficient and effective.

I don't believe I got the care needed so I was given was more visits to other places. No car was shown to my problem. I feel I left more confused than when I came with my problem still persisting and no real solution.

She had no emotion, this is our first time seeing her she didn't ask questions she was quite rude

Nurse practitioner was amazing. Truly spent more time with me on this visit than I have had in past with other nurse practitioners or even a physician that is now a former physician.

What stood out most was her depth of knowledge and ability to connect the dots around an issues I had been struggling with for the past eight years. Where others had dismissed or overlooked my concerns, she was thorough, insightful, and proactive.
