I saw Yuli Khaykin, CPN I had a wonderful experience despite being seen for something more vulnerable. My provider exceeded my expectations. She was extremely thorough, informative, and compassionate.

Yes everything was well explanatory and they took interest in my case observation my document the medication well explanatory the schedule

Khaykin CNP was fantastic and had wonderful bedside manner, would have another appointment with her.

Amazing staff and team

I have seen multiple midwives, nurse practitioners, and physicians and this was the first visit that I felt like the person I saw truly didn't care. I had to basically argue to get blood work ordered the same blood work that was done before I got pregnant just so I could compare my levels now that I'm 1 year postpartum. I felt she just wanted me out of the room. Only cared if I wanted to be on birth control or not. Didn't ask or cared if I was planning to get pregnant again and that timeline. Is a concern for me since it took some time to get pregnant the first time. I never want to be seen by this provider again.

Same comments from before - the nose practitioner was amazing and very thorough.

Went above and beyond providing advice on multiple concerns i had at once. Prescriptions came in quickly and are now usedul immediately

The care has always been great & I feel as if the providers do take the time to listen. I don't know if the chart is updated each time or if providers have time to review before seeing patients, but I have had to tell them repeated information at appointments such as getting a pap smear (twice) when it was already sent and faxed into my media. I guess this is the downside of seeing different providers at each appointment instead of seeing one.

I felt like my appointment was rushed and pointless. I didn't need a PAP, so I didn't have a pelvic exam. The provider was fine, I hadn't seen her previously, but I wouldn't go out of my way to schedule an appointment with her in the future. She seemed rushed and not really interested in me as a patient.

I unfortunately wasn't very satisfied with my appointment with the nurse practitioner. During the visit, I felt like I had to answer many of my own questions. I'm fortunate to be very knowledgeable about my condition and potential treatment options, but when I asked about a few specific things, she didn't seem familiar with some of them. At one point, the assistant in the room even stepped in to answer one of the questions. Because of this, I left the appointment feeling like I didn't gain much guidance or clarity.

I felt like the provider didn't believe any of my problems or experience when we spoke. However, she did seem fine with me wanting to schedule a surgery consult. So, overall, it was fine.

I was impressed, she was very through, caring and answered all my questions.

She was so amazing

She told the assistant that she wanted to do the exam first, then discuss my questions about recently added hormone supplements. I was wearing a paper shirt and covered in a paper sheet when she stood beside the exam table and asked what I wanted to discuss. Uncomfortable in my attire and not getting the exam right away, I kept my questions brief. It was clear she had not even briefly reviewed my chart, as she had no answers for my questions, "just be careful of the side effects." when asked what those side effects were, she didn't have an answer.

passive aggressive in tone & did not take my concerns or questions seriously. Provider laughed at me at one point which I found disrespectful.

I am very happy to have arrived at this place; all the women who work on this team are very professional and caring.

Since you guys keep asking for my feedback, this is the worst appointment I've ever been to. I feel as if I was not listened to and my complaints were dismissed. At the end of my appointment she snapped at me and said "yeah I heard you". I will NEVER recommend this office and NEVER return here. A patient should not leave a doctors office feeling worse than when they came.

Definitely good doctor and she explained really good to me. I mentioned about my miscarriage but she explained very well the causing and also about my fibroids.

Everything is fine

10/10 experience. All of my concerns were addressed and the provider, Yuli, had amazing bed side manner. She took her time to explain everything in detail to me. Will def recommend.
