Dr. Jeffrey Lester graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor degree in finance in 1996. He returned to USF in 1997 to earn a degree in chemistry, completed in 2004. Dr. Lester attended Ross University School of Medicine and graduated with a doctor of medicine degree in June 2004. In July 2004 he started his internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa and became board certified in internal medicine in 2007. He completed his training in medical genetics at the University of Miami in 2009. In November 2009 Dr. Lester moved to Maryland and worked for Family Health Centers of Baltimore, a small community health center serving with the National Health Service Corps for three years treating low income, indigent patients in internal medicine. In September 2013 Dr. Lester joined the Tampa General Medical Group to open the Sun City Center location. He is a general internist and sees patients 18 years of age and older.

Esmeralda Young is a nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from St. Petersburg College with a degree in nursing and received her master of science degree in nursing from South University.

Prior to joining Tampa General Medical Group, Esmeralda worked in Tampa General's Medical and Surgical Oncology Unit providing acute nursing care to medical, surgical and oncology patients. Most recently, she practiced with the Community Health Centers of Pinellas in St. Petersburg, FL, providing primary care services and working to maintain continuity of care for patients by establishing diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic illness with health promotion and disease prevention.

Esmeralda is a member of the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network, Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council, West Coast Council of Advanced Nursing Practices and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Esmeralda treats patients 18 years of age and older.

Dr. Walgampaya is a board-certified internal medicine physician. After completing his undergraduate studies in biology and pre-medicine, Dr. Walgampaya received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his internal medicine residency program at Seton Hall University/St. Michael's Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Previously, Dr. Walgampaya served as a medical director, chief medical officer and coroner, worked in an emergency room, and practiced both traditional and outpatient internal medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering, reading, traveling, gardening, cycling and running. Treats patients 18 years of age and older.

Susan Bingham, MSN, APRN, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in health care. She earned a bachelor of social work from University of South Florida and continued her education at University of Tampa, graduating with a master of science in nursing. Susan has worked in family practice at several facilities in Tampa, including centers for migrant and homeless health care.

She is certified in functional medicine and is a member of professional organizations including the Institute for Functional Medicine, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nursing Council.

Gianna Constantine is a family nurse practitioner who has been practicing with Tampa General Hospital since 2017. Her duties include performing advanced procedures and developing an appropriate treatment plan for all patients she sees. Constantine has held numerous leadership positions, including working as a charge nurse and Magnet champion at Tampa General Hospital. She is committed to furthering her professional involvement and has spoken at numerous TGH events.

Constantine graduated from the Doctor of Nursing program at the University of South Florida, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in nursing. She graduated as a member of both the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Sigma Theta Tau, Delta Beta-at-Large Chapter. Constantine is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Jennifer Fleeman is a licensed psychologist who specializes in Health and Rehabilitation Psychology. In her role at TGH, Dr. Fleeman provides assessment and treatment of individuals experiencing emotional distress in the context of medical conditions. Dr. Fleeman utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques to assist individuals in working toward their goals. These interventions are individually tailored to fit each person with whom she meets.

Dr. Fleeman received a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology. She subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Over the nearly 20 years of her career in psychology, Dr. Fleeman has treated patients with various medical and behavioral health diagnoses, with a particular focus on working with individuals and families coping with neurological conditions. She has engaged in research in areas including biopsychosocial factors involved in adjustment to medical issues as well as interdisciplinary approaches to cognitive rehabilitation.

Dr. Vinson is recognized for her excellence in critical care. Her desire to create an exceptional patient experience is evident in everything she does, from her amiable approach to patient interactions to her passion for maintaining and improving upon the high quality of service TGH is known for. Her exceptional compassion, skill and professionalism are among the reasons so many patients trust her to provide world-class care. Dr. Vinson is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and Women in Thoracic Surgery.
