Dr. Kervin 'Keri' Doctor is a board-certified family medicine physician. After attending the State University of New York to study biology, she received her pre-medical diploma from the University Medical School of Debrecen in Debrecen, Hungary. Dr. Doctor earned her medical degree from the Windsor University School of Medicine in Cayon, St. Kitts. She completed her first year of residency in the LSU Rural Family Medicine Residency Program and the remainder at Cahaba Medical Care Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Doctor has participated in medical mission and international work in India serving rural, tribal and indigent populations and assisting setup of new clinics in these areas. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Association of American Physicians of Indian Origins and American Medical Women's Association.

Dr. Doctor treats patients of all ages.

Dr. Poblete is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She joined TGMG in 2005; prior to this, she worked in both traditional internal medicine and ambulatory care.

Dr. Poblete manages acute and chronic conditions that affect the adult population, and provides preventive care through age-appropriate testing. She is recognized by the NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program. 

Dr. Karna Patel is a board-certified Family Medicine physician currently practicing at Tampa General Medical Group (TGMG) Carrollwood. Prior to joining TGMG, Dr. Patel practiced in Grants, New Mexico. He also served as a medical director in that clinic before joining TGMG. He played an active role in various committees at the local hospital - Cibola General Hospital and was privileged to serve the hospital board for three years as a physician member. He received his Family Medicine training from Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program (affiliated with University of Alabama at Birmingham - UAB) where he served as a chief resident in his last year of training. He also holds a degree in public health (MPH - Epidemiology major) from UAB School of Public Health. He received his MBBS (equivalent of MD in India) from NHL Municipal Medical College (Gujarat University) in his birth town of Ahmedabad, India. Dr. Patel was named resident of the year at Baptist Health Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program in 2010 and physician of the year at Presbyterian Medical Services in 2012. He is passionate about patient-centered medical care, preventive health, chronic disease management & cost-effective quality health care. Dr. Patel is married and blessed with two daughters. He enjoys traveling, music, sports in his leisure time.

Dr. Patel treats patients of all ages.

Gianna Constantine is a family nurse practitioner who has been practicing with Tampa General Hospital since 2017. Her duties include performing advanced procedures and developing an appropriate treatment plan for all patients she sees. Constantine has held numerous leadership positions, including working as a charge nurse and Magnet champion at Tampa General Hospital. She is committed to furthering her professional involvement and has spoken at numerous TGH events.

Constantine graduated from the Doctor of Nursing program at the University of South Florida, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in nursing. She graduated as a member of both the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Sigma Theta Tau, Delta Beta-at-Large Chapter. Constantine is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
