Edlyn Brown, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, is a nationally board-certified family nurse practitioner with fifteen years of experience providing nursing care. She excels at coordinating multidisciplinary care, developing patient treatment plans, and always works to deliver excellent clinical care with compassion. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the national honor society of the nursing profession.

Brown earned her master's of science in nursing from Georgetown University and her bachelor's of science in nursing from Northwestern State University.

Dr. Atreyi Chakrabarti is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended medical school at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College in Jabalpur, India. After earning her medical degree, Dr. Chakrabarti completed her residency trainings in internal medicine and family medicine at the North Wales University Hospital in Wales, U.K., and Rotherham Hospital NHS Trust, U.K. She worked as a general practitioner in Rotherham and Stoke on Trent for two years before moving to the United States. During her time in Massachusetts, she was also appointed as an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Chakrabarti is a member of the American Association of Family Practice and the Massachusetts Medical Society. Dr. Chakrabarti speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu and Punjabi. Dr. Chakrabarti sees patients of all ages.

Dr. Walgampaya is a board-certified internal medicine physician. After completing his undergraduate studies in biology and pre-medicine, Dr. Walgampaya received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his internal medicine residency program at Seton Hall University/St. Michael's Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Previously, Dr. Walgampaya served as a medical director, chief medical officer and coroner, worked in an emergency room, and practiced both traditional and outpatient internal medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering, reading, traveling, gardening, cycling and running. Treats patients 18 years of age and older.

Dr. Farrales is a medical graduate of Manila Central University in the Philipines and completed his family practice residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He relocated to Florida after his residency and for over 15 years worked as a hospital-employed physician and a private practitioner in Ocala and Williston prior to joining the Tampa General Medical Group in January of 2013. His experience includes comprehensive, robust family care practice delivery in rural health clinic settings and excellent treatment of patients from all groups and diverse backgrounds. Dr. Farrales is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Eva-Marie Clements a board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a thirty-year resident of Hernando County and has a passion for providing compassionate holistic care to people of her community throughout their lifespan. Eva-Marie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2012. She worked as a nurse for sixteen years in various specialties including the medical-surgical unit, post-anesthesia care unit, and same-day surgery. Eva-Marie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.

Nathan Devabose, M.D., provides patient-centered, compassionate, preventative care to patients while focusing on maintaining overall health. Dr. Devabose is board-certified in Intermal Medicine and a registered physician in vascular interpretation and vascular technology with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). As a primary care physician and a vascular internist, he specializes in stroke, blood clots in veins and arteries, and diabetes, high blood pressure and diseases of the veins and arteries.

Kimberly LaMartin, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Dr. LaMartin earned her medical degree and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

She has served as an attending physician in several community healthcare programs including the Health Park 30th Street Internal Medicine Resident Clinic and Geriatric Workforce Enforcement Program Clinic.

Dr. LaMartin's health care interests include preventive care. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Geriatrics Society.

Dr. LaMartin treats patients 18 years and older.
