Sonia Chaudhary, M.D.

Dr. Chaudhary is an internal medicine physician who enjoys treating patients 18 years and older. After earning her medical degree, Dr. Chaudhary completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After completing her residency, Dr. Chaudhary decided to return to her home state of South Carolina to serve the needs of fellow South Carolinians.

Dr. Kelsey Thomas is a Family Medicine physician with experience in providing comprehensive health care to patients of all ages - from newborns to seniors. She has a particular interest in the management of Hypertension, Diabetes and Obesity. Dr. Thomas is a native of Greenville, Mississippi. She is married with two children. In her spare time, Dr. Thomas enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Craig "Grey" Cox is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides care at MUSC Primary Care in Lancaster, SC. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina in 2018. Grey then worked as an ICU Nurse before and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and then as an Emergency Room Nurse.
