Craig Grey Cox, FNP

Craig "Grey" Cox is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides care at MUSC Primary Care in Lancaster, SC. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina in 2018. Grey then worked as an ICU Nurse before and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and then as an Emergency Room Nurse. During this time, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing as well and now has a focus on primary care and family medicine. Grey is a Lancaster native and enjoys providing care in his community. He believes in a patient-centered holistic health care system with solid patient-provider relationships geared toward patients' needs and quality of life with quality of care in mind. Grey looks forward to new and ongoing patient partnerships to assist his fellow community members with their health care needs.
