Dr Pepper took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss symptoms and prescribe medication that was accurate and provided me with a solution to long term chronic pain in my feet and legs. Basically provided me a modern day miracle. I couldn't be happier.

Dr Pepper is the first doc I've had in the 2.5 yrs since my diagnosis whom I feel actually knows something about my condition.

The entire team (MD fellow, NP, and nurse) all gave me the time needed to assess, discuss and partner with me to work on identifying and assessing possible treatment options.

Dr. Pepper was very helpful and thorough. She listened to our concerns and fully explained the treatment she was prescribing. I was also appreciative that when we had a question after the visit, she called me to talk through it rather than just responding via mychart. She was very understanding and informative.

Dr was very condescending, strongly opinionated in different views of my personal and medical respects, did not take thorough time to go over my main concerns of why I was there, look at my recent labs, or the 4 pages of medical notes, goals and requests I had to discuss with her. Tried pushing vaccinations on me and criticized me about it, also formatted her summary patient notes inaccurately. She never smiled or talked about a clear game plan, just handed me a panthlet, ordered me a breath test to do in office which I was not having trouble with breathing at the time of my visit, and then a few labs, some of which were repeated from the ones i had recently done that she did not look at with me, and then scheduled me two months out for a follow up. Never smiled or took the time to really get to know me and my medical journey and history.
