This provider seemed to not be knowledgeable about my medical issue and consistently put forward an attitude of disbelief about the complexity of my medical history and about the validity of it. Also she lacked the knowledge required to be of much assistance. I will not be be returning to this provider. She seemed not believe most of what I was saying and what I live with medically.

Amber has always been attentive, kind, and listens carefully to my concerns. I wish all doctors had her qualities.

I've had some very bad experiences with Healthcare over the years, so I'm able to compare to much past knowledge. The contrast is so significant that I will surely sound irrational. I could have sworn that my world was suddenly brighter by being in your office. I was immediately at ease and felt an organized, capable and professional team was in charge. I could finally let out the breath I had been holding. After literally years of searching, I felt like I had finally found the help and understanding that I had been looking for. I honestly have hope for the first time in a long time.

Dr. Pepper always listens to my concerns. I always feel very confident in her decisions. She goes out of her way to help with any problems you may have.

Dr Pepper took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss symptoms and prescribe medication that was accurate and provided me with a solution to long term chronic pain in my feet and legs. Basically provided me a modern day miracle. I couldn't be happier.

Dr Pepper is the first doc I've had in the 2.5 yrs since my diagnosis whom I feel actually knows something about my condition.

I was there to be for an allergy test and I feel she overlooked my concern, due to her opinion

Provider didn't seem interested to see patients when asked when to return I was told it was left up to me she showed no interest in my care didn't explain anything I had concerns about

The entire team (MD fellow, NP, and nurse) all gave me the time needed to assess, discuss and partner with me to work on identifying and assessing possible treatment options.

Love Dr Pepper, she is great. I feel like she treats me like a human being and what I say matters. She also gives me space to meet me where im at with my diagnosis working collaboratively to come up with a manageable plan. I feel so lucky to have ger taje care of me!

Dr. Pepper was very helpful and thorough. She listened to our concerns and fully explained the treatment she was prescribing. I was also appreciative that when we had a question after the visit, she called me to talk through it rather than just responding via mychart. She was very understanding and informative.

Dr. Pepper and Fellow Dr. Cox were very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time discussing my probelm and options goomg forward.

Everyone was great

Dr was very condescending, strongly opinionated in different views of my personal and medical respects, did not take thorough time to go over my main concerns of why I was there, look at my recent labs, or the 4 pages of medical notes, goals and requests I had to discuss with her. Tried pushing vaccinations on me and criticized me about it, also formatted her summary patient notes inaccurately. She never smiled or talked about a clear game plan, just handed me a panthlet, ordered me a breath test to do in office which I was not having trouble with breathing at the time of my visit, and then a few labs, some of which were repeated from the ones i had recently done that she did not look at with me, and then scheduled me two months out for a follow up. Never smiled or took the time to really get to know me and my medical journey and history.
