Doris Paez, Ph.D., LP, NCPS, EdS, MA

Doris Paez, PhD, NCPS, is a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families strengthen their mental and emotional well-being. She combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy to support children, adolescents, and adults working through anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, and major life changes.

Her professional background spans hospitals, schools, and community mental health settings across the Southeast. Known for her collaborative approach, Dr. Páez works with each person to identify strengths, build resilience, and promote lasting growth.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a Ph.D. in psychology and a specialization in bilingual school psychology, Dr. Páez has been nationally recognized for her leadership and her commitment to culturally responsive mental health care. She has authored numerous publications and presented widely on topics related to child development, equity, and cross-cultural psychology.
