Tim Lautenschlaeger, M.D.

Dr. Tim Lautenschlaeger is a board-certified radiation oncologist and Professor of Radiation Oncology who specializes in the care of patients with lung cancer and brain metastases. He completed his residency training in Radiation Oncology at The Ohio State University in 2015. Dr. Lautenschlaeger is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and works closely with patients and their families to help them understand their diagnosis, navigate treatment options, and feel supported throughout their cancer journey. In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Lautenschlaeger is an active physician-scientist whose research focuses on improving cancer detection and treatment through precision medicine and liquid biopsy technologies. His work, supported by the National Institutes of Health, aims to advance earlier cancer detection, improve treatment decision-making, and bring new discoveries from the laboratory into everyday patient care.
