Tracey Topacio, D.O.

Dr. Tracey Topacio is an Internal Medicine physician who cares for adult patients in the hospital setting. She is dedicated to providing thorough, compassionate care and guiding patients and their families through both routine and complex medical conditions.

Currently, Dr. Topacio serves as a Hospitalist at the Medical University of South Carolina in Lancaster, where she manages the care of hospitalized patients and works closely with specialists to ensure safe, coordinated treatment. In addition to her clinical work, she has been actively involved in research and has presented at national medical conferences.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Topacio enjoys reading, snowboarding, and hiking. She is also fluent in both English and Tagalog, which helps her connect with a diverse group of patients and families.
