Akshaya Kannan Singh, MD Was the best doctor I have seen out of all of my pregnancies and it was only my first appointment with her. It was the first time I felt truly listened to, she took her time to answer all my questions, was so friendly and instilled so much trust and confidence as my doctor. This was the worst provider visit we have had thus far into our pregnancy, she seemed like she was rushing us out. She completed no physical assessment, asked if we had questions then sent us on our way almost forgetting to tell us when we had to follow back up. For us to be first time parents this just gives us a huge lack of faith in these providers to care for us during labor if this is the lack of care they provide on a single patient visit.

I had previously had an extremely bad experience at my last gynecological visit in 2022 (that Dr. was not associated with this practice), and it made me very hesitant to go again. Dr. Singh was welcoming, warm, professional, and all around exactly what I would wish for in a doctor, especially for this type of exam. She asked questions, and she listened and responded to all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed, and it was honestly one of the best, and possibly the best doctors office experience of my life. Dr. Singh is a 12 out of 10! I hope that my appointment next year will be with her.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr Singh. She was on time to see me. She gave me plenty of time to ask all my questions and she encouraged discussion. She also followed up on things we discussed very quickly. She is a great example of someone who can make a patient feel seen and not rushed, yet she's still on time and effective with her outcomes.
