Good experience / so happy

Last spoof the day on a Friday. All staff had gone. Se forgot to give me my Covid booster and I left without getting it. My blood pressure was uncharacteristically low and I had to ask about it when she was rapping up my visit. She then took it again, nurses were all fine. It went up slightly but was still low. She said she was satisfied and ended the appointment. Never had a conversation about why it may be low or what to do after leaving or any symptoms I should be concerned about after leaving.

We are so happy we found Alexis.

I noticed that a conversation regarding nicotine cessation was documented, but it was more of a "we'll be referring you to a stop smoking program" and on to the next topic.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Roberts. She did not want to get my medical records or know about me as the patient. She was very judgmental and rushed my appointment. I was given a new provider.

When I went to the office I was really going through some emotional things, and Alexis took her time and help me to understand that it's the season to be down sometimes, and I'm human and to give myself some grace. I really felt that she cared about my wellbeing, I will be changing her to my PCP.

Incredibly thorough with exam, and diagnostic testing. Listened to all concerns and did not make me feel rushed or ignored.

Just what I was hoping for! Good listener who spoke to me like a partner in organizing care.

During my first visit she wouldn't look at my right foot because she said it would be too much trouble for her. Yes she actually made that comment. During my second visit she said she wouldn't be addressing all of my concerns. Again, yes she said that.

Dr. Drayton listened took notes and came up with solutions for all my health concerns. If she wasn't able to do it herself she referred me to the right specialist that can.
