Claudia is - by far - the best provider I've ever had at USF Health. She is beyond prepared prior to every visit, has incredible amounts of empathy, and is research advised. Importantly, she listens, has ideas, and a gameplan. Where so many other physicians at USF Health are simply trying to get to the next patient and through their day, she is the rarest exception.

My Care Provider, Claudia Guerra-Hernandez's concern demonstrated in her discussions and explanations of treatment not only exceed my expectation but has developed a connected sense of her true involvement to my condition(s) and treatments and complicated affects related to my specific situation which separates her from the norm to beyond exceeding my expectations. Claudia is knowledgeable of my condition and we discuss everything that will make me comfortable with the current challenges and concerns. I always feel that she goes beyond to ensure your wuestions are answered and satisfied and that you are comfortable or understand the recommended treatment or referral. First time with guererra- Hernandez and excellent visit.

This was my first visit with Claudia. She was very professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I am a RN and usually Credit critical of PAs.

PA was proficient in questions asked and when answering questions.

In spite of my brother being with me, Claudia, directed questions and answers to me. She was attentive, answered many questions, and was thorough in every aspect of my visit in spite of me having lots of questions as I seem to now be in a new phase of ALS.

Claudia Guerra is one of the most genuinely empathetic and knowledgeable providers I have ever had - this includes dozens of providers over the last 15-years, needed when seeking diagnostic and now regular care for my rare neurological disease & other complicating diagnoses.

Claudia is - by far - my favorite member of my USF care team. She is considered, always over-prepared (in a great way), knowledgable about all treatment options, thorough, and generous with her time while BEING on time. On a personal level, her empathy, kindness and sense of humor is unprecedented in this specialization. She is such a breath of fresh air from so many providers who seemingly do not like their line or work or the people they service.
