Saw Dr Chen. She's brilliant sometimes talks over my head and I'm a nurse but she answers every question or concern I have.

Dr Chen is very caring and concerned about overall wellness.

Was so glad for her help and the help of my perosnal care person when standing up from the wheelchair for a test. Neuropathy and deformed right ankle and knee made standing. Challenging

Dr. Chen was great. She explained everything in appropriate language that was easy to understand.

Dr. Chen clearly explained ALS and Lou Gehrig's disease and made sure the Patient heard her and acknowledged that she was active listening. Our whole family is thankful for Dr. Chen and the ALS Neuro Facilities.

Felt like she didn't listen to me at all. Basically felt like she was brushing my medical needs off due to my weight even with significant family history and 2 different Dr's recommendations. Nurse scheduled my follow up with np. The nurse or med tec was absolutely fabulous. He was very helpful

This was the first time I had this procedure done. I was nervous. Dr Chen took time to let me see what supplies would be used if I wanted to see them and explained what was going to happen, what I should expect and was very considerate of my feelings. We even had conversation and laughed several times.

The MD just told me what I was having done then she finished the needle test after the EMG was completed. She never explained the results or what it would be looking for. I actually didn't know why I was having the test.

Dr. Chen was detail oriented, showed great communication skills and made me feel as well taken care of.
