Cristy Blackmon, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With more than a decade of nursing experience and deep roots in the Lancaster community, Cristy is committed to helping women achieve their best health through every stage of life.
Cristy earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Walden University, following completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and Associate Degree in Nursing from York Technical College. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Cristy served in a variety of clinical roles, including clinical charge nurse and registered nurse in hospital, surgical, and hospice settings. Her diverse experience provides a strong foundation for delivering comprehensive, personalized care.
A Lancaster County native, Cristy is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and empowering women to take an active role in their health and wellness.
